We are delighted to announce that we are continuing our support for the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers, which will help this very worthwhile cause throughout 2023.
The Fusiliers have regular and reserve armoured infantry battalions in reactive roles. They are respected as tough partners in combat – no-nonsense soldiers who take on any challenge. The Fusilier family is known for its strong bonds and lifelong support.
The Fusiliers were formed in 1674 and named “Fuzileers” after their Fusil, the latest musket of the day. The modern regiment was formed in 1968 from four English Fusilier Regiments, which have since served in Northern Ireland, Cyprus, Bosnia, Kosovo, Iraq and Afghanistan.
